PTP Consultants LLC is a bookkeeping, QuickBooks, and small-business consulting firm based in Old Fort, North Carolina. We help small business owners get their books clean, current, and easy to understand, so they can make decisions with confidence.

Our mission is to take the stress out of small business bookkeeping. Many owners fall behind on their books or feel unsure their numbers are right. We bring order to the mess, set up systems that hold up over time, and explain your numbers in plain language.

Who We Serve

We work with small business owners who want their books handled with care and clarity. That includes sole proprietors, freelancers, and growing small companies who would rather spend time running their business than wrestling with spreadsheets.

We serve clients two ways. On-site clients are based in Asheville and across Western North Carolina (WNC). Virtual clients work with us from anywhere in the country through secure file sharing and video calls.

  • Yes. PTP Consultants is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. We are trained to set up, clean up, and support QuickBooks Online and desktop for small businesses. That means your file is handled by someone recognized for QuickBooks knowledge, not guesswork.

  • No. We focus on bookkeeping, QuickBooks, and bookkeeping-related consulting. We do not prepare tax returns or provide tax advice. We do keep your books clean and organized so your tax professional has everything they need when filing time comes around.

  • Not at all. We offer on-site support in Asheville and Western North Carolina, and we work virtually with small businesses across the country. Virtual clients share files securely and meet with us by video, so distance is never a barrier to clean books.
